Position Details:
Role: Part-Time Team Member

Hours: 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Starting Pay: $13/hour
(Eligible for a performance-based increase to $14/hour after 3 months)

Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting card games, decks, and accessories that fit their needs.

Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and resolving issues promptly.

Organize and maintain inventory; ensure shelves are stocked, displays are clean, and the store stays inviting.

Process sales accurately and efficiently through our POS system.

Assist with organizing and hosting events such as tournaments, game nights, and learn-to-play sessions.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all customers and staff.

Ship and handle online orders with care and attention to detail.

Stay up-to-date with current and upcoming card game releases and industry trends.

Requirements:
A genuine passion for trading card games, with a strong knowledge of different game mechanics.

Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new games and systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships with customers and teammates.

Proactive and comfortable assisting with tournaments, including managing larger player crowds.

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — you know when it’s time to hustle.

Previous retail, tournament organization, or customer service experience is a big plus (but not required).
