Welcome to any and all skill levels, we have sample decks that will introduce you to the basic concepts of Magic, how to play a game, and what to learn next. This is a true 101 level class with no previous experience needed.

Hi! I’m Matt, and I’m one of the coaches for Magic. I primarily play draft and commander, and I love sharing this game with new players, which is what I want to focus on as a coach. I’m going to start with simple intro decks that teach the basics of the game, then look to build simple commander decks for building and eventually building a starter cube to teach players to draft. I’m hoping this can be a way for players to have an entry into the game, have fun while learning something new, and be ready to join in regular events.
